I suggested tapping into their email database as a cost effective and distraction-free channel. I write emails several times a month for Danes’ retail and wholesale customers to keep them up to date with offers, new products, events, awards and coffee course information. Open and click through rates are highest they’ve ever been, and I’m continually testing elements of each campaign to refine their messaging.
